After pulling the stock shocks out of the bottom of the lower control arms, unbolt the upper arm from the spindle and pull it forward. It's usually a good idea to put a jack under the arm to make sure the spring doesn't pop out and injure you. After slowly lowering the bottom arm down, the spring will eventually come loose and can be removed. View Related Article
