13 All dyno testing was accomplished on Dez Racing's in-ground DynoJet chassis dyno. A large fan blows air over the front of the car during all tests. The procedure is simple; Dezotell brings the car up to operating temperature and then nails it. The engine is cooled down for approximately 15-20 minutes afterwards and the process is repeated to verify the initial results. If the air/fuel ratio is off or more tuning is required then it performed during the cool down stage and the testing procedure is repeated. There is no use of ice or other cooling methods outside of the big fan. View Related Article
