Bottle pressure is very important, and bottle temperature is one of the easiest ways to control pressure. Most nitrous companies recommend running 900-1,000 psi of bottle pressure with 950 psi being the optimal pressure. Companies have found that 950 psi is the most efficient pressure for nitrous systems. When the system is activated at 950 psi, nitrous vapor can regenerate itself at a fast enough rate to supply a steady flow of nitrous throughout an entire run.
