We ran into an issue with the 3-inch collectors on the headers and the 2.5-inch exhaust. Mac doesn't offer any sort of midpipe that will neck the exhaust down from 3 to 2.5 inches. To remedy the situation, Latemodel provided us with one of its 2.5-inch H-pipes, and we called up Summit Racing Equipment for a set of tube reducers and these Flowmaster 3-inch to 2.5-inch collector reducers.
