Our best EFI-equipped pull on the 331-inch engine netted 396.7 hp and 377.3 lb-ft of torque. As evident from the air/fuel ratio, we still have a bit off midrange tuning to perform, as it was quite fat between 4,000 and 5,200 rpm.

The air/fuel ratio was a little leaner with the carburetor than the EFI, barely making more power than the EFI. The carb was very successful, however, at making more torque between 3,000 and 5,200 rpm.
