After the engine dyno's break-in program was complete, Hedrick made a few half-throttle pulls to creep up on the engine. Oil pressure and temperature, along with the air/fuel ratio was carefully watched to make sure we didn't toast our fresh motor. Our first pull, with 29 degrees of total timing, netted a peak horsepower of 390.4 at 5,500 rpm and peak torque of 378.1 lb-ft at 5,000 rpm. View Related Article
