The passenger-side wiring harness needs to be moved inside the fenderwell. To do this, you'll have to pull the wheel and the inner fender liner. If you still have the smog equipment hooked up, you may need to open up the existing hole a bit, but if you don't have the stuff in the way, you can feed each harness and plug one at a time until all of them are through the hole.
