We Tried a variety of locations for nozzle placement and found that underneath the rubber elbow was best. The JDM Engineering cold-air kit has a larger inlet tube and the nozzle fit best under it, just as the NOS instructions recommended.

Once A suitable nozzle location was chosen, Lacko drilled a hole.

The Power Shot solenoids were fastened to the mounting bracket. We used a dab of Loctite on the screws as well as on the threads of the braided lines going into the solenoids.

Don't use Teflon tape because pieces of the tape can break off and clog the solenoids' orifices.

A Brass insert is used to allow the nozzle to be screwed into place. The secure mounting will prevent the nozzle from moving around once the system is activated.

The Nozzle screwed into place easily.

Be Sure the tip of the nozzle is pointed into the throttle body.

The Solenoid bracket is mounted on the valve cover. A screw is removed from the valve cover, and the bracket fastens underneath it like a washer.

Fuel For the nitrous system is taken from the fuel-pressure sensor port on the fuel rail. NOS provides this intermediate billet block that feeds fuel to the solenoid. The fuel-rail sensor remains operational and unaware of the fuel being sent to the nitrous system.

The Fuel Block is connected to the fuel solenoid using this short piece of braided line.

Lacko Drilled holes in the passenger-side shock tower to mount the NOS RPM window switch and relay. He used the tape's sticky side to help catch the metal shavings.

The Window switch and fuse block are screwed into place. This location makes it convenient to run the wires into the car so it can be activated through an on/off switch in the dashboard. The wiring setup can be intimidating at first, but the detailed instructions make it easy to follow along.
