Brian Bohlander of Herculiner masks off the bed to create the boundaries for prepping the bed.

Using the scuff pad supplied in the Herculiner kit, the area to be covered is carefully prepped.

When the bed is completely scuffed, acetone is used to clean any residue and reveal areas that might have been missed. Final scuffing is then performed, and the masking tape is removed.

The bed is again masked to ensure clean edges. The Herculiner product can either be placed on a shaker or stirred thoroughly prior to application until the consistency is as pictured.

Corners and crevices are first covered with the Herculiner product.

The supplied roller is used to apply the product to the bed. Each roller lasts for one coat.

After receiving the first coat, the bed is already looking great. The second coat is applied as per instructions on the can.
