 Replacing the stock tensioner...  Replacing the stock tensioner pulley with the trick Pro-5.0 piece is oh-so easy. You can either remove the reverse thread pulley bolt by hand, or if it won't budge, remove the tensioner bracket bolt and zip off the pulley bolt with an impact gun, like we did. Remember, it's a reverse thread.  After removing the serpentine...  After removing the serpentine belt, unbolt the tensioner bracket through-bolt and remove the assembly.  Using your favorite impact...  Using your favorite impact gun, remove the pulley bolt.  It's looking better already...  It's looking better already and spinning much more smoothly as well. We've got a call in to Pro-5.0, as the A/C and power steering pulleys are looking pretty drab, too.  This is about as good as it...  This is about as good as it gets with the stock tensioner pulley. Keep in mind that it's probably been on your Mustang for 100,000-or-so miles and deserves to be replaced.  Reinstall the pulley bolt,...  Reinstall the pulley bolt, and mount the tensioner assembly.
