The rollbar wasn't painted at DMC because Thetonia wanted Competition Specialties, a custom paint shop, to handle the chore. This Cobra has a custom paint job, and the owner wanted the rollbar to match the exterior paint.

A tab was added to the bar behind the front seats. It is used to secure the shoulder harness to the back bar.

The rear seats are put back in place.

MacPherson cuts away at the upper seat cover to clear the back bars. He suggests cutting the plastic and foam with an air saw and using a razor to trim the vinyl as needed. That makes it easier and gives the seat cover a cleaner look.
