With the AEM kit bolted on, we took a few trips on the track to see how much it gave us. The car picked up a few hundredths of a second over the stock setup, running a 13.831, 97.79 best. Of note is the change in air conditions from the baseline test. The 200-foot increase in DA hurt performance a little, costing us around a hundredth of a second in e.t. and a bit of speed. We also believe the kits would be more effec-tive on a mildly modified Mustang as opposed to a dead-stock one.
