A pulley measuring 331/48 inches produces about 10 pounds of boost, but that can go as high as 20 pounds with a 271/48-inch pulley.  The stock throttle body fits... The stock heater hose feeds into a hard line that runs under the factory manifold, but in order to clear the new Whipple intake, the hose has to be rerouted along the passenger side of the engine. Ford Racing supplies a Pro-Cal...  Ford Racing supplies a Pro-Cal Calibration Flash tool. This software downloader calibrates the engine's computer to either a stock or performance setting. The operation is simple, basically a plug-'n'-play deal, with no laptop tuning required.  After fitting the longer accessory...  After fitting the longer accessory belt supplied with the blower kit, all that remains to be done is adding oil to the blower case, refilling the coolant system, and topping off the fluid reservoir for the intercooler.
