10 The factory alternator will need to have this mounting tab removed. Worry not as there is a new bracket in the kit that will give it plenty of integrity.

11 This coolant hose hanger needs to be modified per the instructions.

12 A cut-off or whizzer wheel works best to remove the indicated area, but a hacksaw would work in a pinch.

13 Modify the factory heater cross-over tubes by removing the top tube altogether.

14 After greasing the two intercooler tubes and inserting them into the intake manifold, you can install the intercooler itself using the supplied hardware.

15 Set the manifold gasket on the lower intake and then drop on the upper manifold. You'll also need to install the black heater supply tube.

16 Roush provides new intake to cylinder head gaskets as well as one for the coolant cross-over. These simply push in, but be sure they seat properly.

17 Here's a view from the top of the intake manifold and what the supercharger will be forcing the air through.

18 The ACT sensor and vacuum/boost fitting will need to be installed onto the new manifold.
