2005 Ford Mustang Roush Intake Manifold Install
28 Install the intake manifold assembly. We mounted the supercharger prior to this step for photographic effect, but Roush recommends installing the intake followed by the supercharger. The combination of the two can be a bit heavy.		 2005 Ford Mustang Roush Supercharger Bolts
29 The Roush kit provides 8 of the 10 intake bolts, as the 2 in front of the coolant crossover are reused.		 2005 Ford Mustang Roush Installing Fuel Rails
30 Reinstall the fuel rails with the new injectors.

31 Install the new alternator support bracket.		 2005 Ford Mustang Roush Alternator Install
32 Loosely bolt up the top alternator bracket to the supercharger and then mount the alternator, tightening the upper bracket last. You can now install the supplied idler pulleys at this time.		http://images.musclemustangfastfords.com/tech/mmfp_0605_roush_supercharger_install_35_s.jpg
33 The voltage regulator harness running under the front of the blower was removed from the original alternator supply cable and attached directly to the alternator.

34 Roush supplies a new alternator cable which must be routed beneath the supercharger's snout, along the fuel rail and back to the battery.		 2005 Ford Mustang Roush Bypass Hose

36 Both the MAF and ETC plugs must be pulled out of the harness cover to extend their respective lengths.
