This is a cut-away of a ProCharger D1SC supercharger. The pulley is connected to the drive gear, which rotates the driven impeller gear. The skinny gear at the bottom is the gear used to internally oil the unit.

The '03-04 Cobra comes factory equipped with an Eaton M112 supercharger that produces about 8-9 pounds of boost pressure. Spinning the stock blower a little bit faster will help make more boost, but going too far will just cause belt slippage and develop extra heat with no real power gains.

When it comes to centrifugal superchargers, there are dozens of sizes of blowers and quite a variety of impeller designs. Here are a few from ProCharger, including from left: P1SC for about 12 psi; P1SC-1, -2 which is a Garrett-based wheel good to boost pressure in the low 20s; F1R and the F2, which make boost up to 30-35 psi; and then the F3M and the F3R for all-out assaults and up to 45 psi.
