We filled the intercooler reservoir with Motorcraft engine coolant. We burped the system by filling the reservoir, turning the key on, and activating the pump. With the pump running and the system flowing, we checked for leaks-of which there was none-and topped off the reservoir as needed. It took close to a gallon of coolant plus some water to fill the system. View Related Article
