Our tuner of choice was SCT's tried-and-true XCalibrator2 tuner. All Spetter had to do was create a tune on the laptop, and then download it to the tuner. Once the tune was downloaded to the tuner, he simply plugged it into the serial port and reflashed the computer with the new tune. View Related Article
