We took the liberty of replacing the factory 192-degree thermostat with a cooler 180-degree unit. The Stant PN 13398 will allow our motor to run cooler, which will help with power production and reducing detonation. The 180-degree thermostat is still hot enough to keep the engine out of cold start or enrich-ment mode (something that definitely hurts mileage). View Related Article
