Don't try this at home. No matter how many times we print the fact that heating nitrous bottles with a torch is dangerous, it still happens. However, a cold winter night in New York usually drops bottle pressure to 600 psi. A torch is the simplest way to get the nitrous bottle to the required 900 psi.
