Basic interior choices are Medium Parchment (essentially tan) cloth and leather and Light Graphite cloth and leather; the optional red accent package is only available with Dark Charcoal GT leather interiors. Mercifully, Ford has finally delivered a Mustang with the seatback release located where it is supposed to be-at the top of the seatback.
