Of the many tracks we visit each year, Englishtown Raceway Park (RP) is considered our home. Sure, MM&FF is based in Tampa, Florida, and we have a few tracks that we frequent, but for the better part of our 23 years on the newsstand, MM&FF has ventured to the famous Jersey quarter-mile more times than any other track.

We hooked up Carl Aloi with our Editor's Choice Best of Show award. His '93 Cobra was doused in Mystic paint and fully modified with a Terminator engine and interior.
For 2010, we headed north to RP for a fun weekend of Ford action, which included a hot car show, real street road tour and strip competition, along with other assorted drag racing madness.
The event kicked off on Friday night, August 6, with a Ford-and-Mustang-versus-The-World showdown. Rob Bizzaro of Holbrook, New York, earned the event win with his '88 Mustang. On Saturday, Michael Mohring led the Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords Real Street Road Tour with the quickest average e.t. (10.426) without ever opening his hood after participating in the local town cruise.

Former MM&FF feature-car owner Adam Sampson and his wife, Jenna, recently became the parents of daughter Shelby. He had his corner-carving Mach 1 on display in the car show.

Eliminator winners in the other Saturday categories included William Reitz in Trophy Eliminator, Brooke Yankowy in Gear Jammer Bracket, Michael Swallick in Ford and Lightning Truck Bracket, John Iacono in Mustang Bracket, and Craig Farrell in Money Bracket.
Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords awarded two Editor's Choice trophies to Rob Farley and Carlo Aloi. Farley accepted the Best-of-Drag award for racing his '85 Mustang GT, and Aloi earned the Best-of-Show award for displaying his decked-out '93 SVT Cobra with a Terminator engine and interior.
