Marty Gibson of Gibson Custom Hotrods brought out this slick custom-painted Fox. The GT definitely proved to be more than all show as he busted off consistent 10.0-second e.t.'s is bracket competition.

Jim Brown brought his nitrous-fed '03 Mustang for Pro Outlaw 10.5 competition. Although Jim's day would be cut short in the second round, he still managed to lay down some respectable numbers, breaking the beams in 7.65 seconds.

Conrad Scarry rolled into Joliet with a strong points lead and an unbeaten streak in 2010. The Scarry Crew battled mechanical issues and made it all the way to the final round. Unfortunately for Scarry, his winning streak would come to an end as Mike Murillo drove around him to take the win in Turbonetics Pro Outlaw 10.5.

Chris Parisi, the 2009 JDM Engineering Super Stang Champion, came out and piloted the JDM-sponsored Roush '10 Mustang in Super Stang. Chris' day would be cut short by Brent White of Brenspeed, who took the first round win.

Jess Albright of Saleen was nice enough to let us take a sneak peak at some new parts being designed by Saleen. Among them was this new intake for the Saleen superchargers. The design features a less-restrictive path for the incoming air, as well as a new more aggressive look.

In between rounds, the Hellion B-team of Dwayne James was hard at work preparing James' '03 Mustang for Pro Outlaw 10.5 competition.

The swap meet area gave attendees a chance to get their hands on a lot of those hard-to-find parts you can only find at a swap meet.

The car show was packed with the hottest late-model muscle the Mid-West had to offer, including this slick P-51-themed S197.

The Griswolds even brought the ol' family truckster out to enjoy the weekend!
