Defending Edelbrock Hot Street champion Rob Blankenship came out in style, qualifying number one, running the low e.t. of the event, and grabbing the win on Sunday.

Mike Murillo debuted a new paint job on his '93 LX at this year's Spring Nationals. Murillo grabbed the top qualifying spot in Outlaw 10.5 with a 6.85-second pass but came up short during eliminations

Nelson Whitlock of Evolution Performance brought out his new '08 GT500. Whitlock piloted his sick Shelby to an event best of 7.97 at 172 mph being the first GT500 to break into the 7-second range-and all from a street-legat GT500.

The car show and swap meet areas were packed on Saturday and Sunday as Ford and Mustang enthusiasts competed in over 50 different car show classes. From wild paint jobs to perfect restorations, there truly was something for everyone.
