Brighton, Michigan's Larry Massolia faced some stiff competition in the Saleen Speedlab Street Stang class with the ever-deadly Tom Conrad Jr. and Jim D'Amore III both contending. Massolia moved past Mentor, Ohio's Tom Bowens to face off against Conrad, who took out D'Amore's screaming yellow Saleen in Round 1. In the final, Conrad took a slight advantage at the start, but Massolia's 306-powered '84 coupe ran 11.909 on the 11.90 dial-in, while Conrad broke out. View Related Article
