Former Pro 5.0 racer Bill Glidden cut through the Nitto Tire Super Street contingent with surgical precision. In the final, Glidden faced Livernois Motorsports' Dan Millen in a nitrous versus turbo final. Reaction times were nearly identical, but Glidden edged out Millen at the stripe with a 7.04 to 7.13 effort. Glidden also took down John Urist in the showdown.
